Thermistor is about one inch below the switch device at about mid way. Heatsink is a 250mm square of 12mm thick aluminium. 120mm fan sucks air through the enclosure. Ambient was about 12-13c today. Warmest day yet this year! Dave i posted a little description of the drive system i used for the igbts a few pages back. Very simple stuff but seems to be working a charm.

Now, Cole, when you shift the gear and that little needle on the ammeter goes into the red and reads 2000 Amps, that's bad.
