Thank you Weisheimer .Now i am wandering what mosfets can I use for a low voltage controller for 12volt 100amp. Those Igbt-s that i am using BUP314 are 1200volt 52 amps but they has very high resistance between collector-emitter can you recommend me some good mosfets for low voltage and high amps.
pp:Here in Bulgaria Irf540 and Irf640 has very low cost four euro for 10 mosfets but i must use many of them for 100amp current.
