the car is doing great thanks. wheels are balanced, so is the T-rated tread grinding at the road like a rally car. If the treads for studs on hubs were exposed, I'd cover the lugs too..but they are not, they are anclosed tall lug nuts, like a tractor trailer.

a 260+ mile journey last night left no shakes, wiggle wobbles, thumps bumps or noises....and went through some hefty thermal drops from biddeford maine to bangor. I could feel the chill dropping heat with a cool breeze in the cabin. We are going for a crazy 8F degree low this late march...from 50F degree days, and even a record 64F not long ago...this used to be a trigger. the caps are doing miracles. Alot more than I did not expect...

fuel is back to 23-27mpg for the trip.. but **mph for 100 miles will do that.

At a 1 barrel conservative ride it is quite normal at 75MPH to go back to mid 30s. I got anxious , late night, and really respecting a 23 year old car going smooth..I cannot get gas mileage correct with a bouncy guage and carb, I'll leave it in the log at 27mpg.

And fabricating things is what I do. the car was a junk pile. Challenge your own integrity before insulting mine.
