Yeah, mine slip down too. Mine is still working. I am surprised because I expected the mesh to tear really fast. My only "complaint" is that the side that juts out the farthest would hit my elbow (funny-bone) when I shift gears. My solution is to align it off-center when I set down. Sooo, it sticks out a lot on my left side, but it's flush to the side of the seat-back on my right side.

Mine came in a two-for-$10 pack, so I have a backup for when mine fails. I've even seen them at 3-for-$10.
