And once you get the calibration down, it is amazing how accurate the MPGuino can be. My calibration is complete (after a year) and I routinely see my miles traveled are within 1 mile of the odometer after a 400 mile tank (.25%) and the gallons are within less than .1 gallon on a 10 gallon fill (< 1%). Of course the gallons are hard to keep consistent, but I have been using the same pump and technique for a while, so it all evens out in the end.

I also noticed you have been using a correction for the tires you are using, so you can build the correction factor into the calibration of the MPGuino and you don't have to do the math!
