Okay, I'm glad I reread this thread -- it looks like the 15 3/4" or 16" coupe pizza pans are the ones i want. The coupe style is the gentle curved ones; the others (called "wide rim") have a step and and an angled edge -- not as aerodynamically or visually desirable!
