I got Insight wheels for my snow tires for $50/ea. Two from a local junkyard that advertized on car-part.com, two from Fabio on this forum. If you don't mind damaged wheels, they're affordable.
The Civic Hybrid wheels seem as expensive as Insight wheels, and I presume the Insight wheels are lighter, since that car has 2/3 the curb weight of a Civic.
