It's best to count everything because your truck is in the real world. However, it's your choice. You do have the option to make a separate garage entry for the same truck, maybe calling it "old red taco with load" or "old red taco at work" or "old red taco punchin the clock". Put all the fuel logs with loads in there. Saving fuel when carrying loads is important too.
