there is nothing connected to them unless you connect them
I just brought them out in case anybody wants to experiment w/them, i.e. to try adding a throttle position or temperature reading or to try to control something (i.e. figure out a cruise control interface) or maybe someone just wants to tie into the tx port to log data.
