The schematic program that you use has to be compatible with your PCB layout software? It would be nice if could post PDF file of your AC Controller schematic for us to view.

I'm glad to hear that your "logic" controller will be separate from your power PCB. Doing that makes your whole system scalable, just like Paul's DC controller system. It works out well to have the controller PCB, Driver PCB, and Power PCB separate.
