This is a really sweet price on a great car. You can get a Fender and a bumper cover on Car-Part.com for around $250.
The major bummer here is the salvage title. You will have to have it towed home, pay a few hundred for a state salvage inspection, and wait a few months to have it titled.
The other problem here: The HV battery. They don't like to sit, and this one will surely need to be bench-charged and balanced before you use it, or it will need to be refurbished.
While we're on the topic, here's a very high mileage Insight that you could drive home from the auction:

Seriously. The bumper is designed to detach from the fenders in an impact. It needs to be popped in, and it probably needs five new nylon rivets, top and bottom. When you get it home, bolt on a new, $50 bumper rebar.
If I were in TX, I would not hesitate to buy that one.
