After fixing a leaking filler neck, I thought I'd check the MPG of the old Civic Wagon Aerobrick. I haven't tested the mileage in a few years, but it used to average around 38 MPG. I used to think that was pretty good compared to both the old and new EPA numbers. But now I got over 51 MPG!!!
I drove slower. Usually about 45-50 MPH on 55 MPH rural roads and upshifting around 2000 RPM. And I used my newly added kill switch as often as it made sense.
