It's not currently in any vehicle that I'm aware of, as it is a heavy equipment type engine. Don't let that deter you, though, as the 4bt is used in a LOT of heavy equipment. I found out about it when someone put the manual pumped variety into a Jeep Wrangler. IIRC he got 30 mpg with loads of take off power. After reading up on it, turns out Cummins makes a self contained common rail variety that bests its manual pumped brother in all the right ways.
