Oh I have it on Hybrid mode, FWIW.
In EOC my MPG=10*MPH. Make sure to watch your RPM, MPH, and MPG on your instant gauge display. The ECU/PCM reports 61 RPM under EOC for me. Can you check your RPM output the next time you EOC? I want to know if it's 0 or ?!?!?!?

I get the same result regardless of hybrid/non-hybrid mode. It's not odd to me because we're operating outside of the expectations of the OBD-II protocol (GIGO).
