Are you talking about the flashers? In my car there 6 flasher bulbs, 21W each. I've replaced 2 with LEDs, ~3-4W each. Incandescent 2-4W bulbs are weak, my position lights are 5W, 2 (of 4) replaced with LEDs, <1W each.
As for the headlights: 2 x 55W plus all the extras (position lights - 4 x 5W, license plate - 2 x 5W, dashboard lights - alot x 5-10w), total ~200W. I installed DRLs 2 x 5.5W. I can see the difference in my idle consuption (0.62 liter/h with headlights, 0.52 l/h without).
