Yes, $110,000 for a two-seat roadster *is* ridiculously expensive, especially for one that can't be refuelled in ten minutes. I think I'd rather have the Lotus Elise, which shares some of the same components as the Tesla, handles better, is 700 lbs. lighter, is $60,000 cheaper, and has at least twice the range.

At least, for those of us whose last name isn't Rockefeller....
