I got this fixed gear cruiser out of the trash a few months back. I've been saving it for an EV bike conversion. Its got coaster brakes, my favorite. I've worked out a hybrid drive using mostly the junk parts I have on hand. I'll be using a 500w 24v scooter motor and chain drive. I have a nice freewheel that will allow me to pedal or drive the motor independently. If it works well enough I'll replace the tires with road tires and upgrade to 18amp hr batts.
