-Drive with your windows all the way up
-Don't turn on the A/C or heat, instead open the vent that allows air from the outside into the cabin and adjust your heat knob to give you the desired temp of air blowing (free heat or A/C without the MPG killing).
-Accellerate gentler
Switch to neutral and coast as much as possible without dropping below the speed limit
