What is the rear axle spacing? 120, 130, 135mm?

You could do a fix/free flip-flop rear hub. Drive one side with the motor and one side with the pedals. Problem is that the motor side would have to drive the fixie side of the hub, so you'd need a freewheel on the motors output shaft.

Other options include a friction drive, a hub motor, or using a surly dingle cog or other cassette hub.
