You're saying this like it's cheap and easy to replace a turbo.

You could modify a "
turbo timer" to control the electric pump. It's goal is to keep an eye on turbo temps and when it's needed to run the engine longer (or in this case, electric pump) to keep oil pumping to cool them down.
