Wow! (say: MO-toe-sizz)

Lots of info from: Gallery: The 2010 MotoCzysz E1pc | Popular Science

12.5kWh lithium polymer battery pack
10X 1.25kWh hot swappable battery cells
~500V [Edit: this may not be the correct voltage?]
100HP 250ft/lb continuous internal permanent magnet motor
~140mph top speed

~40 mile range in race conditions
~113MPGe in race conditions (at worst?)

So, the battery pack weighs ~180-195 pounds, and I'm guessing the motor and the frame and wheels weigh ~100-125? So, say ~325 pounds total? [Edit: the motor apparently weighs 77 pounds, so that probably means the bike as a whole is ~350 pounds?]

Wow.

I have not heard anything about pricing. Michael Czysz said in an interview video that he is more interested in licensing and further development than in production.

I think they could make a small improvement on the aerodynamics by using the concept that John Britten used for cooling: a small intake right at the nose of the fairing and a high velocity duct to a radiator behind the rider's seat; which forms the tapering shape to help the air close in more cleanly. Czysz is already doing something similar with some of the cooling air (it exhausts under the seat), but the medium sized radiator down low and in front could be much more effective and smaller if it was set up like the Britten, I think.
