Anybody tried this device?
Browsing the Progressive Auto X-Prize site I found one of the contestants using (and selling) a retrofit device that pre-heats your gasoline from the heater hose and runs it past a catalyst for more efficient combustion. They call it Cal-Cat. More info at the Liberty Motors Group website.
