Therein lies the problem. While you were in control of the world you forgot to eliminate all forms of money. Once you have done that, someone trying to 'buy' the world off you would have to give you something of actual value. You probably sold the world for about $300, whereas without money involved you probably would have been paid in land. I would estimate New Zealand would be a fair price, as it includes all the climates and do you *really* need a backyard bigger than most european countries?
