I am building a project bike for my wife using a Huffy 26" step through frame I found along the road. I replaced the wheels and now have a 26"x1 3/8" 3spd coaster brake in the rear and a 20" nylon mag wheel on the front. The gearing is 40/19T and I mounted a rear caliper brake since I added a front fairing. It is wicked quick in traffic and tops out at 20 mph (90 rpm). A front friction motor would work well as would a front electric hub motor.
