Give me a few weeks then send me a privet message, I might have something for you at that point in time as I am working on a motorcycle project that is going to use a golf cart motor so my brother is running off some prototype shafts right now that fit 19 spline golf cart motors, he has two right now that were supposed to be pressed in to a bearing but were 1/1000" under sized that he is going to practice making splines on, one of those might work for your needs.
