That was my first thought, but I figured why go through the hassle of installing another fan when the car already has one.
The solar panel is 18.8V, 3.2W, 170mA. I dont know what the specs on the car's fan are, but I have powered other fans with it.
I can get another panel also, if I need it.

Thanks for the link, that will help me out a lot if I decide to go that route.
