I'm sure someone has done it, but I would imagine it would require a pretty powerful motor and a good bit of extra battery capacity to keep from overtaxing the battery. Besides, without hybrid regen you would be getting that electricity back through running the alternator a bit harder, which might end up in a net benefit, but probably not much.
Anyway, as I usually suggest to people looking to mod air conditioning, there's lower-hanging fruit out there, so perhaps play around with aeromods or other things first (or just don't use the A/C
