I had a Buick with the 3800 and I loved it. Very reliable until my wife drove it on a hot day and let the water go low in the radiator (*glares at wife*)

I also had a Pontiac Transport with a 3800 that was very quick, period. You had to be careful not to floor it, otherwise you'd burn rubber everytime!
