Hi all, Guess I've jumped into things over enthisiastically-as usual. I'm a new guy & not proficient in "geek" computerology. I had met the designer/builder of the 3 wheeled elec. car with the site "chipmanwindev" on the side of his car,this last Tuesday at Newport Beach.The msg I was sent back was that I had forgotten to put his name in & your site didn't know who to direct the msg to,which I aplogize for,just somewhat enthusiastic for his success & inovation. I see his name is Phil Chipman.My friend Bud Paul & I ck'd his car out & talked with him for at least an hour,even though we originally were going to ck the surf-or the girls,whichever came first !
