What you write on the seat height is exactly what I have done. I took of the seat and started with an aluminum plate where a placed some foam on. I am still sitting comfortable maybe max. 5 cm more forward. No problems with my legspace.
Seat height is now approx 62 cm. I will check your bike on the bikeweb.
Gears I make myself . If you are sometimes in Belgium we can discuss possibilities for k3 gears. regards Jan
