Hi Pete,

I lost a smooth wheel cover about a month ago, in Ohio. It fell off and I saw it, and I was able to stop and retrieve it. I tweaked the fingers to try and keep it more firmly in place -- and then it promptly fell off again in less than 15 miles... That was a bumpy section of Rt 80.

I am going to try to make some out of pizza pans or just flat aluminum (though the latter cost as much as the one I lost), and fasten them with something "positive" like screws and weld nuts onto the rims?
