Well, I know that the lowest drag would be a boat tail with no holes in it. However, that's quite hard to do without some rewiring and/or moving the license plate. I'm trying to keep my tail lights where they are and keep my plate where it is too. Plexiglass/polycarbonate can only bend so far, and I also need to use the trunk, so I can't fully enclose it. There has to be a joint somewhere that I can unhinge.

On a separate note, I went to a u-pull-it junkyard and found myself an (almost) matching hubcap, and then I spray painted them both black, and put them on the front two wheels. They look really cool in black, and it should decrease my front tire area drag a bit.
