"Replace tires with skinniest tires recommended by OEM" where can I find what the skinniest tire I can put on my 1997 accord? and which number is that in the tire size thing like "185/65/15" its the 185 that tells how skinny right?

I want to go skinnier but taller but with the same rim size. I remember having the taller rims on my neon, I LOVED adding in that extra 10% to each miles driven since they were 10% bigger
