HCH II Update recall for the IMA software Reflash

Just had the latest recall performed at the dealer on my 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid.

Seems to have improved acceleration a bit, will see what it does to the FE.

Here's what the invoice says about the work done:
Failed part: P/N 1K100-RMX-A07
Defect code: 5KC00
Symptom Code:R4200 Recall 10-034
1255B2 Update PGM FI Software. 0.3
A. Add for updating the IMA battery software. 0.3
B. Add for updating the A/T software. 0.3
C. Add for start clutch learning. 0.1
D. Add for CKP learning . 0.1
E. Add for PCM idle learning. 0.1

Thinking the numbers following the descriptions are for hours paid to the dealer for the recall.

Just noticed the idiots at the dealership put 5-20W oil in the crankcase... the manual says it will work but 0-20W is prefered. I told them not to change the oil! I had just changed it to 0-20W Mobil 1. What a waste!

You would think that Honda could use the correct oil.

I will follow up with this after a couple of tankfulls. Had been getting 44 MPG.

As a side note I found out that the top end of the HCH is 110 mph. Could do more if the road were longer. Sounded like there was a limiter kicking in though.

Anyone else had the recall done?
