If you follow the link through to the Leaf forum, it's a handful of internet / fleet sales managers advertizing Leaves for $500-1000 less than MSRP. That's a pretty clear sign that dealers think they will be able to order enough to meet demand.
I also heard the completely unverifiable rumor that Nissan will be making money off each unit sold from day one.
