The concept behind the Pacific Coast differs from the regular motorcycle, where the bike's engine is the focus of attention (ie: the CBX!). With the PC, the body is the primary cynosure, with the ICE completely hidden. Even the exhaust is disguised.
This in my mind makes it the perfect candidate for conversion.
