Replacing injectors is as easy as bleeding the fuel line removing the clips from the fuel rail to the the injectors and wiggling the injectors out. That is the basics of how it is performed. I'm not sure on spray and what ones to go for but I have read that some of the benefits can be achieved with an adjustable FPR (fuel pressure regulator). By upping the pressure fuel sprays out quicker and finer to achieve the commanded AFR. This will reduce the duty cycle of the injectors having them fire for a shorter time allowing more time for the fuel to be in the cylinder and help if you are maxing the injectors out (no one should be doing that regularly here).
