Like most here, I've made skirts and whatnot of coroplast. It's quick and dirty, and often looks that way too.

I've made sheet metal and fiberglass parts before too, not necessarily aero parts but still.

Basically there is not much for commercially available aero parts; you might find some nice flat OEM hubcaps, perhaps a nice OEM deep airdam, and things of that nature, but for skirts, grille blocks, mirror delete plates, and rear end stuff like boat tails, kamm tails, and aero spoilers, they would probably need to be fabbed up.
