This nose is basically what should be done with virtually every Volvo made until recently. And a belly pan. And fairings for all wheels. Pizza pan wheel covers. Skirts on back wheel wells. Rear diffuser would not hurt either, nor would removal of roof rack.
My bro has a ~20 year old Volvo wagon that gets ~32 mpg on the highway @ ~75 mph, loaded to the gunwales with heavy crap. I bet he'd get ~40 with such mods.
