Ahh, those 90's land yachts... My grandparents have one up for grabs, also.

Well, the cheapest things to do would be raising the hood temperature with grille covers, trying your luck with radiator fan removal, any other deletes feasible (mud flaps, etc.) and, of course, the one free mod, adjusting the nut behind the wheel.

These large cars have lots of inertia, so normal pulse glides should have lengthier increments.

Neighborhood driving shouldn't exceed 10 mph with stop signs, and 15 mph can coast you for about 3 blocks.

Also, you should wear a granny wig to avoid getting honked at, because hypermiling does have it's social limits.
