I responded in your other thread, but here are my opinions.

1.) Do not cool the oil, as it will increase it's viscosity.

2.) Take heat from the exhaust through a heat muff and route it with flexible heater ducting or SCAT tubing.

3.) If you use a heat muff, do not directly attach its output to the throttle body. Angle the hot air to the throat so you lower the intake restriction.

4.) Do not reroute the battery as the extra wiring is only going to increase weight and raise the impedence of the electrical system.

5.) Variable heat control can be create through a cabin heat box or a plenum with a variable exit around an intercooler. Temperature control can be done electronically or manually.
