Engineer at a salt (potash) mine for last 10 years
Engineer at an electrical consulting firm for 15 years before that
Programmed in Assembler, Basic and C when DOS was king
Some microcontroller C/C++, PC Pascal, VB, C code since, bit of SQL
Mostly control system stuff - PLC, DCS
I want to build a truck I can work on. So it'll be electric. Mostly surplus industrial parts
Surplus or next-to-free batteries. I may need to build a battery monitor and a charger.
