Do not buy. The amount of carbon fiber clearly indicates the previous owner was an abusive riceboy. The fact that he lists the color temperature but not the luminosity indicates that he is making mods for the sake of conformity rather than performance.
Worst of all, this is no longer a Civic VX. What you want is the car that his old motor was swapped into, not this $3000 trashheap with a "vtech" engine and suspension components engineered and manufactured by eBay.
