GM's 38 Hp Lean Machine that got 150 MPG (body tilts but rear wheels stay upright) I can't link yet but try this:

Then there was the Mother Earth news 3VG which was a enclosed three wheel (two up front) leaning tandem 2 seater built in 1983. (I have a copy the report they prepared on that thing). It had a Onan 16 hp 2 cylinder 730 cc engine mated to a CCV tansmission. They modded the engine (which was for industrial pump and generator apps not fuel economy) and got up to 50 mpg
