I just sold my 1994 Chevy Suburban 4X4 it had 265,000. We finnaly gave in purchased a new family ride having 4 kids and two big dogs we needed the space. Since it was running and paid for we kept it longer than we planned. City was 9.5mpg and about 12mpg on the highway. It had a 44 gal gas tank and cost a fortune fill up. We now have a 2007 Chrystler Town and country Limited. It is averaging 22mpg. With the increase in insurance, the car payment, and gas it is 3 times more expensive to drive then the old Burb. Funny how that works.
