Best mileage on my 1982 xj 550 Yamaha, turbo hybrid of my own design, no throttle valve (butterfly), runs on diesel or gasoline, fuel injected for both diesel and gasoline, with our own software design piggy backing a "micro-squirt" system, with many other devices of my own design.
On gasoline 105 mpg steady cruiz,
On diesel 127mpg

Still tweaking system, further mileage gains should be available. Also currently building fairings.
Further tests will be done at an east coast university in December.
