Probably about as well as it would work on an elk, horse, cow, or hog. The shape on the front of my car works fine for animals about the size and weight of a deer or large dog, but anything much heavier (over 400 lbs.) would crush the nose back to the stock bumper. But a larger, more heavily built version mounted on the front of a truck would probably work with those larger animals.
