I've worked outside of Bentley at mass production manufacturer introducing 'error-proofing' device to stop missed or incompletely secured fastenings making it to the end of the line. My first thoughts when I heard about this was - I wonder if they have a similar 'safety net' system. because if sober people were making mistakes that warranted my work, then what chance is there for meople overcome with the munchies or less than 100% focused on getting that critical fastener to X lb/ft of torque?
