Hello! Input voltage is I have no idea. If IGBTs are being used, then maybe 300v DC bus? If it's the mosfet based controller, then less than about 144v I think.
You can get rid of the VLA106-15151's??? Those are the most expensive part. I would love to find a good alternative to them. They are rated for 2500V rms isolation for 1 minute.
