I've got the small wiring, the controller, the throttle, the contactor, the instrumentation. I just haven't installed them.
I was planning on going front to back and tackling one section at a time. (:
All I need to buy is the big wires (battery to controller, controller to motor) and the batteries themselves.
To get the idler pulley out of it's own way I simply moved it up ~.5" This makes it closer than I'd like to the radiator hose, but it's still got about .25" of clearance. Which is enough.
